Suite 520 was an insurance office when we first found the building. We thought about so many options we could do with the space. The one thing that kept coming up was, "wouldn't it be so fun to have a building that we rented for people to stay in downtown!"  A place that could serve so many purposes, like a bridal party prepping for the big day.  The bachelor party where the guys are close to the bars and wouldn't have to drive. The visitors who want a true downtown experience. The music fans who want to stay so close to the concert that you can drink a beer in the backyard and hear the band. Or the Birthday party that has the option of the kids going to the Odem Movie Theatre while the parents play Corn hole in the backyard area. Feel free to message us if you are wanting to book Suite 520 for a party or event.  Overnight lodging has sleeping for 4.  Additional air mattresses are available if rented for a venue/party rental.  Venue/Party rentals are booked directly through us and require approval.
